If you have finished Prophecies you might know by know that Guild Wars isn't about the 'best' armor or weapons. All armor with max armor level is the same. Insignia and runes on your armor depend on the build you are running.
The same goes for weapons. One max dmg sword will do the same dmg as another max dmg sword. Skin doesn't matter, except for vanity purposes. Again, mods on the weapons depend on the build you are using at the time. |

First of all, if you wan't others to help you with armor/their opinions which is the best for them, tell us what Character you got by Profession, Male/Female? And also, which other campaigns can you reach/if you can any others.
Armor is the thing, that player should decide on their own. People can tell you which armor they like, but the thing is, wear the one YOU like and color YOU like. Same for Weapons. Prices depend on which armor you like. If you like 1,5k armor but you wan't to have elite just to look prestige, that's not the best idea, because you'll spend money on armor that you don't like the best. Normal Armor (1,5k) - Cost: Amount of specific materials and 1k per armor piece, ~10k alltogether. Elite Armor - Cost: Bigger amount of materials than normal armor/more rare materials than normal armor. 15k per piece, up to ~100k per armor. Obsidian Armor (Most expensive) - Cost: For every profession WITHOUT headpiece (casters) Obsidian armor cost 105 Globs of Ectoplasm, 105 Obsidian Shard and some specific materials for each profession. If you got a profession, to which Obsidian Armor offers headpiece, it's an additional 15 Globs of Ectoplasm and 15 Obsidian Shards + materials specified. Total price atm is ~1,2 million, because ecto prices raising. Hope it helped u . |

And this for EQ:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Gallery_of_bows Only 5 bows in the game are "flashy" (I assume U meant-animated)-Silverwing, Tormented, Storm, Zodiac and Celestial. U can prolly afford one of the last three. EDIT: Technically Destroyer and Eternal bows are also "animated". Last edited by Mordiego; Jan 30, 2010 at 03:06 PM // 15:06.. |

No armor glows. The only thing that does glow for armor is the Chaos Gloves, available to any class, but it is only one piece. As stated, armor is the same except for the look. Since what looks good is relative to the person you ask, just browse the wiki/wikia and pick the one that you like best. Then see where it is located and what is required to get it crafted.
For weapon, again, it is a relative thing. The only glowing bows I am aware of are the Storm Bow and the Eternal Bow. The Zodiac Bow could be considered glowing, but it is only part of the bow that does. Wiki and Wikia will again have pictures for you to browse. As far as insignias, runes, inscriptions, mods, etc. to use on the armor/weapon, that depends on the build you are using. I have multiple sets of armor for most of my characters. Each armor set has a different set of runes/insignias on it to use with different builds. Same with weapons. My Ranger has Sundering, Vamp, Fiery, Ebon, Icy, and Zealous bows to use with various builds. I also have 15^50 and 15^enchanted for the inscriptions, and the only constant between them is the +30 Fortitude. Really, there is no BEST, it varies by person, build, and use. |

If you're really into how you look, remember you can mix and match armor. Boots from one set, leggings from another, etc.
To display it in the Hall of Monuments you need a complete set of elite armor, but other than that you can get pretty creative by mixing things up. |

Thanks a lot for answers. I have 2 more now.
1. Can anyone tell me how to do vanguishers and how do I know if I done 1 succesfully? For example I want to vanguish ascalon city. How I do it and what I get for it? 2. Uw. I enter it from tomb of primeval king but it's really hard. I saw a guy doing it with traps >.< So can anyone tell me a good build only prophecies skills and how can I actually do it with traps without dying lol. |

Vanquishing is explained perfectly at either wiki. It involves killing all enemies in an explorable area in Hard Mode. You'll know if you're done because you get a message and the kill counter turns yellow. You get 5g and 5xp per foe killed when a vanquish is completed. There are extra faction gains in certain areas, check the wiki page for details.
There is a difference between the Underworld and the Tomb of Primeval Kings. Even though the first level of ToPK is called Underworld, it is significantly different from the Underworld as accessed from Temple of the Ages for example. I don't know about prophecies only builds for rangers that can handle ToPK. |

If you plan to try vanquishing I wouldn't recommend to start in a 4man area.
Trap builds I know of have almost all prophecies skills, so you might be able to do it, but I never done it so can't tell for sure. |

To many people, displaying "flashy" armour and weapons really doesn't matter. I've got exactly 1 set of elite armour (Ancient armour for an assassin) out of some 16? characters. Oh - and huge amounts of crafting materials and about 800 platinum sitting around in my chest. It's not as though I couldn't get it if I wanted it.
For me, it's what looks good on the character. So my Necro (my main character) wears non-elite Cabal armour, and my Ranger wears a mix of non-elite Tyrian, Studded and Drakescale. I also kinda wish I'd stuck with the non-elite Exotic armour for my assassin. |

Ok 1 more question and I leave you alone lol.
I want to make a char lvl 20 in pre-searing. I read the wiki I made a char I done the first 3 quests and now what? How do I learn some skills for level up if I don't do anymore quests? >.< Also what char is the most suitable for this kind of title? Especially for death lvling. Kill stuff till you are high level enough to kill charr in northlands, kill chars till you are around lvl 14-15, death level charr (lure some groups of charr to the res shrine and let them kill you till they are high enough lvl for you to gain xp for killing them) and kill them. You realize it will take you some months to do this, even if you dedicated all your days and nights (death level should be done afk) to it?

ummm hate to tell u this but cool skins are realy just Vanity items, I've farme most of the rare high end weapons and d opped a couple of q8's and even the q7 hasn't evaded me (thank u blessed griffi) but every time I roll with my warrior I use the first max gold weapon I ever got q9 short sword, so ally rich or poor and skins mean squat it is ur personal opinion. anyway lovelee I suggest u buy night fall before u start to vq as heroes help a lot, if u want to farm I suggest buying other campaigns especially eton for raptors/vaeterri as those 2 can make u a fair amount of money but I think best bet would be for u to get to DoA and start qzing with spirits Last edited by Deatgs Corrupter; Jan 30, 2010 at 11:30 PM // 23:30.. |

DoA - Domain of Anguish - is the elite area of NF (acessible after competing nf). Almost all sins farming build though have nf skills (critical agility and/or deadly paradox are the more common, perma sins also use eotn skills a lot)
